About me
Silvia Johnston, Managing Partner
I am curious and deeply care for all to be heard in the room. I share my successes and failures freely as learning through stories and analogies from our past experiences help inform the present. When I engage with clients, psychological and physical safety is foundational for great teamwork. Once that is established, I help develop and/or leverage effective communication and performance management structures to maximize all talent within the business. From senior leadership to the intern, when there's good communication and reinforcement, any change management or process improvement strategy can be implemented with success.
After working for 20+ years in banking, healthcare and in academia, humans are humans everywhere and if we can learn, laugh and lead ourselves and our teams with joy more often than not... then everyone is picking from the lemon trees making lemonade.
